As Caius had predicted, the little Balmora apartment is very cramped indeed, with three people and a speeder the size of a motorcycle inside of it. The light, lingering stench of skooma in the air doesn't help matters either.

He leans in to make a mark on a scrap of parchment, then procures something from his footlocker at the end of his bed.
"And here. Take this Dwemer artifact and 1000 drakes, and go to Tel Fyr. A gift may sweeten his disposition, and I'm told he likes Dwemer artifacts."
He turns to Ibani. "Does your companion know the landmarks well enough to navigate?"
